Webinar Format
As a convenience to members and their employees, we are once again offering this year's Medicare and coding workshop in an online format (via Zoom). The presentation will be two hours in length and includes time for questions and answers.
When you register, you'll be signing up for a log-in, not how many individuals are attending. The good news is that multiple people can view the workshop on one computer... but you'll be able to use each Zoom sign-in just once. So, if you plan to sign-in to the webinar from multiple computers (or multiple locations), you'll need to register for each one.
We are recording the session, so if you're not able to watch "live," you can still view it later. The registration fee for the recording is the same for the "live" event. So, register for one or the other.
Registration
The deadline to register is Monday, 2/6/2023.
Please read the notes below and review the registration fees before starting the registration process.

Registration Fees
Member status is determined by your website log-in, and the correct registration fee will be applied automatically. If you cannot attend the "live" event, you may purchase a link to the recording which we will send to you within several days after the webinar session.
Live Webinar
KSEPS Members (includes employed office staff)
NO CHARGE for members in good standing (i.e., 2023 dues paid)
Non-members
$295 for each webinar link
Residents and Fellows in training
No charge, but registration is required
Session "On-demand" Recording
KSEPS Members -- No charge for members in good standing
Non-members -- $249
Residents/Fellows -- No charge
Refund Policy -- Registrants who cancel at least 5 days before the date of the workshop will be entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Sorry, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations less than 5 days in advance or for "no-shows." However, if you find at the last minute that you are unable to attend the live session, we will be happy to change your registration to the recorded session. Those individuals also will receive all of the handout materials provided by our speaker.
Important Information About the Registration Process
You will be signing up for a link to the ISEPS Spring Coding Seminar. The Zoom webinar link is for use on one computer, and it will be unique to that user. If you will need multiple links for multiple locations, or for multiple computers, you would need to register for additional links. To get these links, click on the "guest" button you'll see in the online registration form. For all links (for the live or the recorded sessions) we need a separate email address where we will send the link. DO NOT use the same email address for each of your registrations.
In order to register for multiple webinar log-ins, simply click on the "Guest" button on the registration form to add additional names/emails to your registration.
